Kevin the Cube
Kevin is a robot that was designed for testing. Kevin holds the distinction of being the first ever “Swerve” Drivetrain robot built by Team 564. Kevin was primarily designed for testing of autonomous driving, driver practice. Currently Kevin is being migrated over to a Vision System Testing Bot. Kevin will be getting a QuestNav added for localization on the field using the Virtual Reality Headset. Additionally using LimeLight 3 camera setups, Kevin will be used to test our Object detection code, using the Google Coral TPU.

Brok?
Brok? was the 2024 FIRST Robotics Competition robot for Team 564. This robot competed at the Regal Eagle Rampage, Finger Lakes Regional and the Long Island Regional. Brok? uses a Mecanum drive base to strafe around the field and an over the bumper intake to intake “Notes” and launch them into the goals around the field. Today in 2025, Brok? primarily works as a demonstration bot, launching foam rings into the crowd creating an electric atmosphere to spread our message to the community.

6 Wheel Testing Bot
Team 564 has built a 6 wheel drive base which they use to test various sensors and mechanisms. This bot is also used for educational purposes for our team to instruct our programmers with regard to programming our robots in Java. This bot will also become integral in vision testing that we do this upcoming summer.
